Primary Mini Youth Games

On Friday 14th July children from across our primary sports teams were invited to represent their school in the first Williamson Trust Primary Mini Youth Games at The Math School in Rochester.

The children took part in events such as the 50, 80, 200m running races, long jump, cricket ball throwing, relay and target throwing and the atmosphere was electric.

The event was well attended by parents, grandparents, senior leaders and directors.  The Chairman of the Williamson Trust, Mr Michael Costello and the Chair of Governors for the Primary schools, Mr Simon Carter helped to present the medals and certificates to every participant which the children were delighted to receive.

The overall winner’s trophy for the school with the most points was awarded to High Halstow with a total score of 105 points.

Congratulations children – you are all winners!
